Overview
Our lawyers represent telecommunications-related businesses and governmental entities ranging from nationally-known, facilities-based competitive local service providers to locally-based, rural wireless providers to Colorado E-911 authorities. We regularly participate in rule-making and adjudicatory dockets at the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and file comments with the Federal Communications Commission on behalf of regulated and partially regulated telecommunications businesses and governmental entities, including wireless carriers, industry trade associations, competitive local providers, and E-911 authorities, with specialized experience representing emergency and public safety communications providers and wireless providers receiving state and federal subsidies for serving low income consumers and high cost areas. Our lawyers have a background in broad policy issues as well as operational issues. We also advise clients on broadband internet and e-commerce issues, including privacy, cyber-security, third-party billing, and marketing through cell phone networks.
