Converting an existing commercial, mixed-use, or residential structure into a condominium form of ownership has more technical requirements than a new build condominium project. We assist our clients with all legal aspects involved with condominium conversions, which includes assisting developers with the legal documentation to create the condominium project and the owners association; complying with local and state laws, regulations, and processes, including complying with state registration requirements where applicable.
