Overview
We have considerable experience in forming, operating, and turning over complex, multi-layered common interest communities, including planned communities and condominiums. We are experienced in forming mixed-use communities, condominium conversions (apartments to condos), and reversions (condos to apartments), including dealing with state licensure issues in the conversion context. We have founded hundreds of new homeowner association communities throughout the Rocky Mountain West and nationally. As a result of our experience in this area, the firm serves as special counsel to several title companies in condominium and other common interest community matters.
