We have broad experience representing automobile dealerships and their owners in a wide array of industry issues. Our attorneys regularly represent dealerships, principals, and key employees in investigations and administrative actions at the Auto Industry Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue and the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board involving licensing, advertising compliance, and consumer complaints. We also represent dealer principals in buy-sell transactions and factory-related matters such as facility image programs, incentive programs, warranty audits, site control and factory buy-backs. We handle disputes with consumers, manufacturers, lenders, lease finance companies, vendors, and state and local taxing authorities through negotiation, arbitration, and court trials. We have the experience to assist dealers in franchise matters, employment, real estate, construction, zoning and land use, and family business succession planning.
