Large Scale Programs: We have been instrumental in assisting clients organize and operate large scale affordable housing programs throughout the state. We have negotiated complex affordable housing plans with the City and County of Denver on behalf of developers at the Gates Redevelopment Area, the Riverfront Redevelopment area, the South City Park Development area, the Prospect Development Area, Park Hill, Adams County and many others. We have represented the City and County of Denver, the City and County of Broomfield, Summit County, Douglas County, and numerous others in forming and operating their affordable housing programs.
Regulatory Guidance: Our attorneys also assist clients in navigating local, state, and federal regulatory frameworks governing affordable housing and senior housing. We are also well experienced in assisting clients in putting together multi-layered affordable housing finance packages encompassing city, state, and federal funds and tax credits.
