City Council staff recommended amendments to Section 11-5-13(A) W.M.C. which would affect public notice requirements for land development approvals, effectively improving the notification standards. Generally speaking, staff recommended changes to newspaper notice, sign posting notice, and applicant mailing notice. These efforts are aimed at promoting a more predictable, manageable, and uniform public hearing notice protocol
