Updated Agenda Items
The Centennial City Council is currently entertaining two ordinances and will conduct the first reading of them at its August 1st meeting. The first Ordinance, No. 2022-O-21 would amend Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code (Land Development Code) concerning Live-Work Units, and the second Ordinance, No. 2022-O-22 would amend Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code (Land Development Code) concerning Fiber Optic Conduit Standards. Both Ordinance will be subject to a public hearing on August 15, 2022.
