Fairfield and Woods Attorney Rita M. Connerly was recently mentioned in the Denver Business Journal's article, Going All-in on Gaylord Rockies. Rita worked with Ira Mitzner of Rida Development Corp. to seal the deal on the $500 million construction loan with a consortium of domestic and foreign lenders, led by Wells Fargo, to build the $824 million Gaylord Rockies convention center and resort hotel in Aurora, near DIA.
