On December 15, 2016, attorney Cecil Morris gave a presentation for the Financial Institutions Subsection of the CBA Business Law Section entitled "Intangible Client, Real Problems." Law Week Colorado featured an article about this presentation, which discussed the attorney's role when representing an organization during serious misconduct, in its December 19, 2016 print edition. Mr. Morris is a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, former Chair of the U.S. District Court Committee on Conduct, and a member and former Chair of the Ethics Committee to the Colorado Bar Association.
