IT Service Analyst
Fairfield and Woods, P.C. (FW) seeks an IT Service Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support our legal professionals by ensuring efficient and secure technology operations.
This role combines technical knowledge, customer service abilities, and process management. The IT Service Analyst serves as a liaison between the IT department and its users, concentrating on service delivery, support, and ongoing enhancement.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze IT systems, manage software applications, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide first level response to end user questions and problems.
• Collaborate with vendors and provide training to staff on new technologies.
• Understand and help with network infrastructure, databases, and software applications.
• Analyze service performance data and identify trends or issues.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or analysis, IT infrastructure and hardware, proficiency
in legal software applications, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Advanced skills using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex.
• Strong time management, organization skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Initiative, flexibility, resiliency, and a willingness to adapt to change.
• A high-level performer who values integrity, professional responsibility, and
personal accountability.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in a legal environment.
• Knowledge and/or proficiency in the use of NetDocs, SurePoint/LMS+, or other time entry
systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
The starting hourly range for this position is $31.25 -$35.00 based on education and experience.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
