Uyen is a well-rounded litigator with diverse legal experience in both the public and private sectors. Uyen’s experience in the public sector includes her public service as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration and as an Assistant City Attorney for the Aurora City Attorney’s Office in the City of Aurora. She draws on this broad background to see disputes from multiple angles as she helps her clients navigate to achieve the best outcome.
Uyen represents individuals, professionals, and businesses ranging from small start-ups to large corporations as both prosecution and defense counsel in state and federal courts, and before regulatory offices and agencies. From the inception to the conclusion of all the disputes, Uyen partners with her clients and assists them through investigative proceedings, pre-litigation, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and trial.
