Kylie helps her clients through all of the phases and complexities of litigation. She has over ten years of experience representing clients in construction litigation, oil and gas title, civil litigation, real property and business transactions, and corporate regulatory compliance. She is well-versed in handling all aspects of a matter, from initial discovery through to trial.
Kylie’s experience highlights include co-chairing a significant Boulder County jury trial involving substantial property damage to a historic home, where she successfully secured full damages, as well as first-chairing a bench trial in Adams County resulting in a $500,000 award for civil theft of property. She also has frequent experience handling depositions, drafting contracts, and working closely with expert witnesses.
