Bio

Josh is a civil litigator with experience handling contract disputes, fraud claims, employment matters, and defending personal injury cases. He works with his clients through all phases of litigation helping them navigate the complexities from discovery all the way through to trial. He has managed the defense of over 200 civil litigation matters and has negotiated the resolution of more than 100 matters outside of trial or arbitration.  

Josh also recently served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office where he handled multiple high-profile cases related to campaign finance and medical board matters. He draws on his private practice and government experience to see cases from multiple angles and provide creative solutions to his clients.
