Aaron represents clients in trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation, as well as in complex tax and business law matters. His practice focuses on guiding individuals, families, and businesses through sophisticated estate planning strategies, trust administration, and fiduciary matters.
Aaron’s experience includes:
- Successfully crafting and administering estate plans for clients with net worths ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million.
- Representing clients in trust and estate disputes involving will contests, fiduciary claims, and multi-jurisdictional issues.
- Drafting a wide array of instruments, such as intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), and irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs)
- Advising on business formation and governance, reviewing, and drafting operating agreements and partnership agreements for entities.
Aaron served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marcelo Kopcow of the 19th Judicial District of Colorado and a judicial intern in the Denver Probate Court.
