Bio
Sarah strives to tailor her legal services to the particular needs of her clients in every representation. She handles real estate, development, and business clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, title and survey, and leasing. She often draws on her past experience as part of the firm’s litigation group in order to counsel clients on potential legal issues with a forward-thinking perspective.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Diana L. Terry on the Colorado Court of Appeals, where she gained valuable research and writing experience, as well as exposure to diverse areas of civil and criminal law.
Sarah graduated in the top 10 percent of her class from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she attended on a Chancellor’s Scholarship–a full-tuition scholarship awarded for academic excellence and public service. During this time, she worked as a law clerk in both a small firm focusing on family and employment law and a large Philadelphia-based firm, focusing her efforts in commercial litigation. She volunteered as a judicial intern to the Honorable C. Jean Stewart and interned at Colorado Legal Services in the Family and Children unit.
