FW Attorney quoted on Douglas County School Board Case

FW Attorney Craig D. Joyce was quoted in the article "Judge Hears Case Against Douglas County Schools Over Campaign Laws." Douglas County's School Board elections drew a lot of attention this past year. Although the election is over the legal dispute is not. The Post article stated that, "Judge Hollyce Farrell, with the Office of Administrative Courts, listened to five hours of testimony stemming from a complaint filed by former school board candidate Julie Keim, who alleges that the district violated fair-campaign practices.”
