Colorado’s Governor issued an Executive Order implementing a mandatory mask requirement beginning at midnight on July 16, 2020. See the order here.
The Order mandates that everyone must wear a mask in any public indoor space. Public indoor space includes any privately owned property that is open to the public. At your dealership that space includes your showroom, offices, service and parts departments.
Businesses are also required to post a sign advising customers that a mask is required. Here is the required entrance sign provided by the State of Colorado.
Violators are subject to civil and criminal penalties.
The Order expires in 30 days unless extended.
