Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board Adopted Emergency Rule Permitting Vehicle Sales by Appointment

The Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board adopted an emergency rule on April 3, 2020 permitting vehicle sales at the dealership by appointment. This new rule is effective immediately. The rule also permits online sales activity and specifies delivery methods. Here is a copy of the CDOT clean vehicle procedures that should be followed for all test drives and deliveries.
